Since 2022, there have been lots of developments in the area of natural-language understanding in online software, some of which are incredible, and some of which are not credible!

In our research, we have been exploring the use of limited language models such as DFlow, in a layered manner so that we can provide more options for case authors who want to provide constructed responses in OLab scenarios. 

More recently, there are some interesting new developments, which show great promise, but it will be important to tease out the truth from the hyperbole.
